Dr. Hilker is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lynchburg College and her Doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Louisiana State University. Dr. Hilker completed her internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Mississippi Medical Center where she received training in psychological assessment, cognitive behavior therapy, and pediatric psychology. She has provided clinical services for over 15 years in a variety of settings including Children’s Seashore House in Philadephia, PA, the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, MD, and JSS Behavioral Services in North Charleston, SC. She has extensive training in child and adolescent psychology, and expertise in evaluation of a range of concerns including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disorders, anxiety, and behavioral challenges. Providing thorough assessments to inform interventions and services for children and adolescents is a passion for Dr. Hilker.
